Park Avenue Residence

New York City

requirement:        

Restore an apartment on Park Avenue 

into a down-to-earth home away from 

home for a Manhattan CEO.

challenge:  

The apartment had to capture the 

flair and sophistication that so-often encapsulates one of Manhattan's 

most exclusive addresses.

But, it also

had to be 

furnished 

in a style 

that would

nurture 

and calm 

an always

on-the-go CEO who sought a 

temporary, yet luxurious, oasis in 

the heart of the city.

solution:

The design captures the very best 

of the most worldly and urbane cities 

in the world. The nostalgic and dramatic

black-framed posters combined with the brilliant bone colored walls captures 

the very essence of a CEO who has successfully ascended himself into

Manhattan's powerful elite. On the

other hand, the dark green upholstered

sofa, handful of strategically placed

silk pillows, traditional handmade

Persian rug and accompanying accoutrements all 

combine to create a relaxed and down-to-earth 

ambience that allows an international CEO to unwind 

after a long and stressful day at the office.
